What can you automate?
Almost anything that follows a fixed rule. A new enquiry through your website lands automatically in your CRM or Google Sheet and you get a notification on your phone. A quote that is still unsigned after a week gets a friendly reminder by itself. Attachments from your mailbox end up in the right folder, and a new order in your webshop immediately prepares a shipping label.
With AI added it goes a step further: automatically sorting and summarising incoming emails, suggesting a first reply, or extracting data from a PDF invoice.
Why n8n?
n8n is an open-source automation platform that talks to hundreds of apps: Gmail, Outlook, Google Sheets, Excel, Teamleader, Odoo, Shopify, WooCommerce, Slack and almost anything with an API. Unlike Zapier or Make you do not pay per step, and it can run on your own server. That keeps costs low and your data under control.
I use n8n myself every day, among other things for the AI chatbot on this website, which answers questions and sends enquiries to my inbox.
How it works
We start with one task that really costs you time. I build the workflow, we test it with real data, and you get an explanation of how it works. The workflow is yours afterwards. If it works, we tackle the next task.
How much does an n8n automation cost?
One well-defined workflow starts at €750 excl. VAT. Larger projects with multiple connections I charge at €75 per hour, with an estimate up front. On top of that you may pay for n8n Cloud (from around €20 per month), or nothing if it runs on your own server.
Do I need to be technical to use this?
No. What you notice mostly is that the work gets done. I explain what the workflow does and how you can see whether everything runs well.
Can you also move an existing Zapier or Make flow?
Yes. Moving to n8n often saves monthly costs, especially if your flows have many steps.

Anything with an API or an n8n integration: Gmail, Outlook, Google Sheets, Excel, Teamleader, Odoo, Shopify, WooCommerce, Mollie, Slack, Telegram and hundreds more.
